My name is Michelle Phillips and I am happy to be a part of the Mill Creek family! I was born and raised in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I moved to Gainesville, FL in 1989 which is where I met my husband. We moved to Huntsville, AL in 1996 with our two children. Both children attended Madison City Schools and have graduated from college. 

I started teaching in 1991 in Gainesville, FL where I taught second grade for five years. When we moved to Huntsville, I taught first grade for one year before accepting a postion in teaching English as a second langauge. I have been with Madison City Schools since 1999 and absolutely love what I do! Teaching is my passion!
