Mrs. Harbison is a graduate of Delta State University in Cleveland,  Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a double minor in Music and Psychology. She holds an Alabama Professional Teaching Certificate in English Language Arts (6 - 12).

Experience

Mrs. Harbison has previously taught at Olive Branch High School in Olive Branch, Mississippi; Oxford Middle School, Oxford, Mississippi; and Kirk Academy, Grenada, Mississippi. Before joining Discovery in July 2020, Mrs. Harbison has had 14 successful years of experience teaching English Language Arts, Honors English Language Arts, Music and Drama

Biography

Mrs. Harbison is a native of Grenada, Mississippi and currently resides in Madison. She has been married to her husband, David, for 23 years, and has two children Cooper (19) and Allie (18). Mrs. Harbison also has a sweet Shichon named Mazie (a Shichon is a mixed breed dog–a cross between the Shih Tzu and the Bichon Frise dog breeds). She enjoys traveling with her family, reading and jogging.
