I received my Master of Business Administration from Amberton University in 2021. Prior to that, I completed a Graduate Teaching and Learning Certificate from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hawai'i-West O'ahu. I'm in my 10th year of teaching, and excited to be part of the Journey Middle School family in CTE/STEM and as the Greenpower Racing Team coach. Go Jaguars!! ☺

I have lived in several states and overseas as an Army wife. I enjoy reading, writing, poetry, all things related to technology, and cheering on my first love, the Arkansas Razorbacks. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, who recently retired from the Army. My husband and I are new empty-nesters! We love to visit our daughter, who lives in South Carolina. I also enjoy working alongside my husband in the yard, walking, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, playing with our dog Sammy, and sitting on the back patio watching the ducks and geese swim in the community pond.
