Hey, Wildcat Family!

   My name is Hope Lankford and I am so excited about teaching 2nd grade at Midtown this year! I graduated from The University of North Alabama with both my Bachelors Degree (2019) and Masters Degree in Elementary Education (2021). I am currently in my 5th year of teaching, where I have taught both Kindergarten and now, Second Grade! I am originally from Gordo, Alabama, where I graduated from Sipsey Valley High School. My husband, Jay and I, currently live in Harvest with our precious baby girl, Rainey Claire (2) and Golden Retriever, Duke! In my free time, I love being outside, traveling to Disney and the beach, and spending time with my friends and family! 

I am looking forward to a great year with you and your family! I am so blessed to get to love your children, watch them grow throughout the year and lastly,  foster a love of learning within your child! It is going to be a "GROOVY YEAR" in 2nd grade!!!
