2018-2019 Preschool Programs

First Class Pre-K Application 

Dear Parents and Guardians,

All First Class Pre-K applications for 2018-2019 school year will be accepted online only on January 16 - March 22, 2018 and will be entered in the random selection. Random selection drawing will take place on March 23, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at the Madison City Schools Central Office, Board Room, 211 Celtic Drive, Madison, AL 35758. Applications received after March 22, 2018 will be placed at the bottom of our waiting list after the March 23rd random selection drawing.

All applications must include the following document uploads: 

  • Birth Certificate
  • Current Utility Bill
  • Proof of Residence (lease OR deed/current tax receipt/year-end form from your mortgage company showing property tax paid/closing document with your name, address, and closing date)

You will be able to access Madison City First Class Pre-K online application here on January 16, 2018.






***Please note that all First Class Pre-K classes for 2017-2018 school year are full at this time. We would happily place all new applications on the waiting list.
