All new Madison City Substitutes are hired through an online process. You will need to select the link below. 

We need Substitutes for teachers, aides, CNP, and custodial positions.

You can create an account or log in to an existing account at any time but we only accept applications from May 15 – July 15 for the Fall Semester and November 1 – 30 for the Spring Semester.

Once you have completed your application, please make sure that you apply for the substitute position. You will receive an email once you have applied.

You cannot be added to the Substitute List until ALL your paperwork is complete.
